We are an Association committed to the preservation of the history and artefacts of Australian Army Infantry units which have borne the numeral '9' since the first World War and before.

The current serving direct descendent Unit, 9th Battalion Royal Queensland Regiment (ARes), traces its history directly from the Frogs Hollow Rangers formed in 1867 for the defence of the Colony of Queensland and is currently based at Enoggera Barracks, Brisbane.

We welcome members from all walks of life who have an interest in preserving the military history of 9RQR, 9RAR and 8/9RAR and their forbearing units.
